Job Description

Job Description: o Interacting with existing and prospective clients (Investors, retailers and individuals of high net worth) so as to keep them upbeat with the latest developments and offerings and also making them a part of our future projects. o Ensure Support Servicing to the Existing Channel Partners and PCPs. o Active Participation in Project Launching and Expansion in Business. o Aggressively achieving the sales target. o Ensure 100% Adherence towards Monthly Reports & Dash-boards. o Conducting sales calls and closing the leads. o Continuous follow up with the customers and building & retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements. o Conducting market review / studies and analyzing competitor?s activities thereby devising strategies to counter them. o Revenue generation using references of existing and upcoming projects and also in conversion of prospective customers who are planning to use competitor?s projects o Co-ordination with various functions / departments at various stages of the assigned project (like customer service development, projects, legal, accounts, etc.). o Coordination with the legal department for documentation (term sheets & agreement to lease / brand). Candidates preferred from Real Estate Industry. Desired Candidate Profile: Education: (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post-Graduation Not Required) AND (Doctorate - Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required) * Impeccable profile with high professionalism. * Good experience in Sales. * Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills. * Excellence in sales and marketing with positive attitude and team playing ability. * A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients. * Good communication and negotiation skills. * Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self-starter. * Ability to work independently. * Initiative and enterprise. * To enjoy networking and meeting new people. * Own conveyance is mandatory.
