Job Title: Technical Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, JSP, Spring Boot, Microservices, JavaScript, and a wide range of DevOps tools. You will play a pivotal role in leading technical teams, developing robust backend systems, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Java-based applications with a focus on Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using Java and JSP.
• Implement and manage API Gateways and ensure seamless integration with microservices.
• Develop and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes (K8s) for containerization and orchestration.
• Oversee DevOps processes and ensure continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines are robust and optimized.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, ensuring best coding practices are followed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to system performance and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and recommend best practices to improve application architecture.

Key Requirements:

• 8-12 years of experience in Java development, including expertise in JSP, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and its frameworks, with an understanding of modern web technologies.
• Extensive experience in building and deploying applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of API Gateway concepts and integration of microservices via RESTful APIs.
• Experience in implementing and managing DevOps practices and tools (Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines, etc.).
• Proficiency in designing scalable, fault-tolerant, and high-performance backend systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and optimize complex systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.

Desired Skills:

• Leadership and team management experience.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.) and SQL databases.
• Knowledge of security best practices in application development.
