Job Title: Architect and Interior Designer

We are looking for a talented Architect and Interior Designer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The role involves designing and overseeing construction projects, including new buildings, extensions, and interior designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create 2D and 3D designs using Photoshop, AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and other design tools.
• Prepare drawings, BOQs, quotations, and project estimates.
• Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design execution and monitor progress.
• Produce working drawings, mood boards, sample boards, and 3D visuals.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Photoshop, AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, furniture design, and construction detailing.
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
