Professional Experience: 10 - 12 years of direct tax experience in Renewable Energy Companies/large manufacturing organisation, handling a team.

Job-Description:

Responsible for entire gamut of Direct Taxation for AMGEPL and its subsidiaries/ Associates Companies in India, including but not limited to:

Scope of work

GST related.

1) Implementation of ASP GSP for tax automation

2) Implementation of SAP once it moves from the public cloud to the private cloud.

3) Review All agreements and provide GST-related comments.

4) Designing effective Tax structure for All group entities

5) Review of monthly & Annual returns

6) Review all notifications circulars and provide impact analysis impacting AM green.

7) Preparing monthly MIS on compliance and updates in Indirect tax

8) Follow up with the project team for relevant support for civil work, which is for the foundation of machinery equipment and apparatus.

9) Active participation in discussion on IDT implication on new business proposal and current transactions

10) Reviewing the content of judgment having an impact on AM green business and sharing the same with relevant stakeholders

11) Implementing Invoice Management System (IMS) in AM green and group companies

12) Replying to all notices and queries received from government authorities relating to GST and customs.

13) Reviewing submission at time of filling appeal.

Customs related.

1) Provide customs-related comments in agreement.

2) To update on customs notifications and judgments and their impact on the company

Qualifications CA +10 years experience in the industry has knowledge of SAP.
