Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Lead a team of digital marketing specialists, providing direction and support to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
- Oversee content creation and distribution strategies to engage target audiences and strengthen brand presence.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and performance analysis.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive insights, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, design) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Stay updated with industry developments, new tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Expertise in digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategy.
- Proficiency in analytics and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
