Power Bi Lead

Power BI JD We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be involved in the full technology life cycle and responsible for designing, coding, automating, configuring, testing, implementing, and supporting reports. This role involves close collaboration with Technical Architects, Data Engineers, and Data Analysts to understand business requirements from stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Report Design and Development: Design and develop interactive and visually appealing Power BI reports and dashboards based on business requirements. Data Modeling: Create and maintain data models to ensure data integrity and performance optimization. Automation: Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to streamline report generation. Configuration and Testing: Configure Power BI services and ensure thorough testing to deliver high-quality reports. Implementation: Implement Power BI solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for Power BI reports, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements as needed. Collaboration: Work closely with Technical Architects, Data Engineers, and Data Analysts to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements. Qualifications: Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development, including report and dashboard creation. Technical Skills: Proficient in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query. Strong understanding of data modeling and data visualization best practices. Experience with SQL and relational databases. Knowledge of ETL processes and tools. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
