KRA:
- Video Shooting: Plan and execute video shoots for all properties, ensuring high-quality footage is captured.
- Video Editing: Edit raw footage into compelling Instagram reels and marketing videos, adhering to the brand\u2019s guidelines.
- Content Optimization: Ensure videos are optimized for Instagram\u2019s format and requirements, including aspect ratios and duration limits.
- Storytelling: Incorporate engaging storytelling in videos to highlight property features and create viewer interest.
- Creative Input: Provide innovative ideas to enhance video content and presentation, aligning with marketing strategies.
- Turnaround Time: Deliver edited videos within agreed timelines, maintaining a consistent content schedule.
- Feedback Implementation: Address feedback from the marketing team efficiently and make revisions to improve video quality.
KPI:

- Video Quality: Percentage of videos approved without significant revisions (target: 90%+).
- Engagement Rate: Average engagement (likes, shares, comments) per Instagram reel (target: 7%+).
- Turnaround Time: Percentage of videos delivered on time (target: 95%+).

- Brand Consistency: Adherence to brand guidelines, measured through internal reviews (target: 100%).
