Job Role: SAP SUCCESSFACTORS

1.Functional/high-level technical design work for Success Factor interface solutions
2. Experience in writing and facilitating workshops to gather required details with HR/vendors and other parties.
3. Write Integration design specifications for the One People project,
4. Support developers and testers and update IDDs based on quality assurance and One People testing.
5. Mandatory skills - at least 3-5 years experience in the following:
• SuccessFactors - knowledge of SF APIs/OData APIs
• Knowledge of HR data and processes
• Knowledge of Integration architecture
• Knowledge of SF modules like Employee Central, Time-Off, Recruitment, etc.
• Knowledge of Foundation objects, pick-lists, organizational structures, etc.
