You'll lead the industrialization of retrofit activities at the depot, ensuring the deliverables are met with excellence. Day-to-day, You'll Work Closely With Teams Across The Business (Including Engineering, Supply Chain, And Quality), Streamline Processes, And Much More.

You'll specifically take care of simulating and designing tools, jigs, and fixtures, as well as elaborating and defining the required industrial deliverables. But also, you will contribute to continuous improvement and team development.

WE'LL LOOK TO YOU FOR:

• Leading The Retrofit Of Technical Documentation In Line With Company Standards, Respecting Standard Manufacturing Process And Standard Manufacturing Line Guidelines, Footprint.
• Elaborating, Creating, Defining And Stabilizing The Industrial Deliverables For Retrofit, Such As Fmi/Work Instructions And Workstation Implantations, Bom, Task Sequence And/Or Standard Operating Sheet, Method Time etc
• Defining And Implementing Training Plans For Industrial & Retrofit Topics
• Lead The Retrofit Of Technical Documentation, Respecting The Standard Manufacturing Process & Standard Manufacturing Line Guidelines, Footprint
• Simulate & Design The Tools, Jigs And Fixtures In Catia, Also Update On Requirement.
• Provide Inputs To Industrial Means And Tools Requirements For Retrofit Activities
• Ensure railway safety and ehs, azdp standards are respected
• Orient & validate the design while taking into account the Industrial Constraints Of The Manufacturing, Renovations And Maintenance Sites, In Concurrent Engineering With The Design Team During Retrofit .
• Set Up Industrial Process Improvement For Retrofit Related To Industrial Efficiency, Quality, Safety, Ergonomics, EHS, Continuous Improvement.
• Adapt The Industrial Process And Deliverables To Project Life Cycle Events Such As Design Changes, Obsolescence, Maintenance Plan Optimization, Fleet Extension, Changes In Operating Modes ...).
• Contribute To The Control Change Board Review, Where Appropriate, To Reduce Non Quality Or Improve Safety, Performance Of Operations.
• Develop Industrial Expertise In Their Scope, According To Method, Processes And Tools, Capitalize And Manage Rex To Improve And Share Industrial Standards.
• Analyze The Tooling Requested And Propose The Adequate Solution.
• Elaborate The Specification Of Requirements For The Industrial Means And Tools Necessary To Implement The Execution Activities, Relating
• Validate the design through design reviews.
• Validate the retrofit tooling & activity
• Ensure Tools Are Available To Perform The Activities "On Time" In A Safe Environment
• Maintain Kpi & Deliverables Within Target.
• Contribute In Design Reviews & Root Cause Analysis.
• Analyse The Current Failures & Retrofit Results And Project For Improvement.
• Analyse The Inhose Capbilty, External Sources & Other Site Alignment For Retrofit Activities During Change Configration Meeting.
• Validate & Track On The Field The Industrial Deliverables, Tools And Industrial Means With Maintenance Execution
• Respect The Industrial Planning Milestones (Followed By The Imfu For Retrofit & Tracking For Regularisation Inline With Ccm Manager )
• Understand And Support The Implementation Of Apsys Subjects Related To Industrial Roadmap .
• Ensuring consistency across all industrialization functions
• Contributing to design reviews and root cause analyses
• Managing and developing the industrial & overhaul engineering teams
