Job Description
The ideal candidate would be someone with a genuine desire to understand the content management process and deliver output with 100% accuracy. You must be willing to work hard by remaining flexible, agile and adaptable. As a person you should be detail-oriented, very organized and have great time management skills. A prior experience in a similar profile of 2years+ will be a value add. Typing Skills; min. 30 word p.m is a must. Sounds Interesting? Come on board!
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Converting content from any available format into HTML / Excel / Word / any other format(s) as may be required based on the nature of the content
- Scanning content from print format for conversion into HTML / Excel / Word / any other format(s) as may be required.
- Inputting prescribed metadata for each content file
- Creating hyperlinks / bookmarks, wherever necessary
- Creating cross-links in referenced documents
- Periodic updating of specified content like List, KYR(s), FAQ(s)
- Processing the Content of the software(s) other than KMT as and when required in the prescribed formats of the respective software
- Other Basic responsibilities;
- Maintaining daily work log in Task Monitoring Sheet as per the defined guideline.
- Maintaining time sheet of task other than routine work in the project trackers.
- Undertaking routine back up functions as per the defined guidelines
- Graduates
- Fresher s / Minimum 1 years of experience in Content / Data Processing role
- Basic Knowledge of MS-Office, especially Ms-Word & Ms-Excel
- Must possess good written and communication skills
