Deputy General Manager/General Manager - Accounts/Finance & Treasury - Manufacturing Firm - CA (9-15 yrs)

We are Hiring for reputed manufacturing company .

The purpose of the role is to strategically manage and optimize the company's financial resources by overseeing banking relationships, treasury operations, profit and loss (P&L) management, and ensuring compliance with Direct Taxation.

1. Banking Management:

a. Maintain strong bank relationships and secure favorable financial terms.

b. Optimize banking fees and services for cost-effectiveness.

2. Treasury Operations:

a. Manage cash flow, liquidity, and investments to maximize returns.

b. Mitigate risks related to foreign exchange and interest rates.

3. P&L Support:

a. Oversee accurate P&L statements and financial forecasts.

b. Identify trends and risks impacting profitability.

4. Direct Taxation:

a. Ensure compliance with direct taxation laws and regulations.

b. Oversee tax planning, filings, and audits to optimize tax liabilities.

5. Financial Reporting & Compliance:

a. Ensure timely preparation of financial statements and regulatory reports.

b. Maintain compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements.

6. Audit Coordination:

a. Support internal, statutory, and ASM audits.

Must have criteria :

Industry: Manufacturing - Listed companies.

Reporting level should be to CFO and above.

Candidate should be at mid-management level and not junior. Can handle a team.

Key working areas: Treasury, Accounting consolidation, Financial audits

Experience of SAP

Education - CA
