RM Equity Dealer - Mumbai(Goregaon & Santacruz East)

Job Responsibilities -

As a Relationship Manager at Almondz, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your primary responsibility will be to understand clients' financial goals, provide investment advice, and ensure their satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of equity markets, financial products, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

1 Sales and Business Development

2 Handling Outbound and Inbound calls.

3 Convert leads into active clients by effectively communicating the value proposition.

4 Cross-sell other financial products and services offered by the Almondz.

5 Identify potential clients through networking, database, and references.

6 Executing trades for clients in NSE, BSE & FNO Segments.

7 Client Relationship Management:

8 Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.

9 Understand clients' financial objectives and risk tolerance to provide personalized investment advice.

10 Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.

11 Market Research:

12 Stay updated on market trends, economic indicators, and industry news.

13 Risk Management & Compliance:

14 Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Any Graduate/Postgraduate with minimum 6 Months of relevant work experience within the same industry type.
• Relevant certifications such as NISM-Series-VIII: Equity Derivatives Certification.
• Proven experience in sales within the financial services industry, preferably in equity broking.
• Strong understanding of equity markets, financial products, and investment strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
