Senior Manager - Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (15-18 yrs)

Job Description :

Currently seeking to hire an Sr Manager - AI/ML who will collaborate closely with the Product Management, Engineering teams, and Customers for CLIENT SaaS Products.

Our client is leading name in legal product technology. They are seeking AI development professional with expertise in managing and building AI capabilities for their existing product and also innovating new product in legal space.

- This role is customer centric and senior capacity role which will require incumbent to drive the entire product end to end.

- Conceptulise, Implement , deployment - AI capabilities of the product additionally grow the product globally.

- People with past exp in developing AI based product will be high preferred for this role.

- The role is based in GURGOAN with hybrid option

- As a Senior Manager of AI & ML, you will lead the strategic development and execution of artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives.

- Your role involves overseeing a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists to develop innovative solutions that drive business value and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Leadership and Team Management :

- Lead and mentor a diverse team of AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and researchers.

- Foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.

- Manage team structure, recruitment, professional development, and performance evaluations.

2. AI/ML Strategy Development :

- Develop and implement a comprehensive AI/ML strategy aligned with organizational goals.

- Advocate for AI/ML adoption across the organization and demonstrate business impact.

- Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in AI/ML.

3. Project Oversight and Execution :

- Plan and oversee the execution of AI/ML projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Establish best practices for AI/ML development, including model training, validation, and deployment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into business processes and products.

4. Technical Expertise and Innovation :

- Drive the development of advanced AI/ML models and algorithms.

- Oversee the creation of scalable, efficient, automated processes for large-scale data analysis, model development, model validation, and model implementation.

- Lead research initiatives to explore new methodologies and technologies for AI/ML applications.

5. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication :

- Engage with senior management and stakeholders to identify AI/ML opportunities and report on project progress.

- Translate complex AI/ML concepts into understandable and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

- Act as a thought leader in AI/ML, representing the organization at conferences, forums, and other events.

Qualification :

- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.

- Minimum of 12 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.

- Strong expertise in AI/ML techniques, tools, and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Proven experience in successfully leading AI/ML projects from conception to deployment.

- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Familiarity with big data technologies and architectures.

- Familiarity with LLM and Gen AI

- Publications or contributions to AI/ML research or open-source projects.
