Visual Supply (Client) is seeking dynamic and motivated salespersons to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for photography and a strong understanding of photography services. They will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with customers, and promoting our range of photography services.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Greet and assist customers in selecting suitable photography services based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
Provide detailed information about service specifications, features, and functionalities.
Demonstrate the functionality and usage of different photographic service to customers.
Sales and Promotion:
Present, promote, and sell photography products using solid arguments to prospective customers.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
Assist in the marketing and promotion of photography equipment.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain an updated knowledge of the latest photography equipment and trends in the market.
Stay informed about the technical features, advantages, and usage of various photography equipment.
Customer Service:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.
Reporting:
Service management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Analyse the territory/market s potential, track sales, and status reports.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a salesperson or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
