Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager for our Outbound Sales BPO process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the outbound sales team, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, managing a team of agents, and driving performance improvements. The manager will work closely with the leadership team to execute strategies for business growth and client satisfaction while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Team Leadership & Management:
    • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of outbound sales agents to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
    • Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and ensure that agents meet individual and team goals.
    • Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
    • Foster a high-performance culture and maintain employee morale.
  2. Sales Strategy & Performance:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve both short-term and long-term sales goals.
    • Analyze and identify trends, issues, and opportunities in sales performance to implement corrective actions.
    • Review call scripts, ensure they align with the sales strategy, and make improvements when necessary.
    • Monitor key performance metrics (conversion rates, sales numbers, call quality, etc.) and drive improvements.
  3. Client & Stakeholder Management:
    • Maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met.
    • Provide regular reports and updates to clients on the status of sales efforts and performance.
    • Act as the point of contact for client escalation, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
    • Understand client needs and provide solutions that align with their objectives.
  4. Sales Training & Development:
    • Develop and implement training programs for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Conduct regular workshops, role plays, and other training activities to improve sales techniques.
    • Ensure agents are well-versed in product/service offerings, sales strategies, and compliance guidelines.
  5. Quality Assurance & Compliance:
    • Ensure all outbound sales activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulations (e.g., data privacy laws, DNC regulations).
    • Conduct call monitoring and quality checks to ensure adherence to sales scripts and standards.
    • Ensure that all sales processes, including lead generation and follow-ups, are tracked and documented correctly.
  6. Reporting & Analysis:
    • Provide detailed sales performance reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management.
    • Analyze sales data to identify patterns, performance gaps, and areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with the operations team to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  7. Motivation & Incentives:
    • Develop and implement incentive and recognition programs to motivate the team and drive results.
    • Manage daily and weekly sales competitions, ensuring fun and engagement while maintaining a focus on targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in outbound sales within a BPO environment, with at least 1.5 years in a managerial role.
  • Should have experience in Attrition and shrinkage control, and should have manage upto 150+ FTE
  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in an outbound environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to address issues and challenges effectively and develop solutions to drive sales performance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
