Position overview
Are you experienced with instruments used in the resin industry? allnex invites you to join us as Production QC Operator in Mahad, India and youll take charge of various process quality control (QC) tasks, keeping things running smoothly and reporting to the shift in-charge. You ll also collaborate closely with our Quality Manager to handle day to day activities involved in QC regarding qualification of in process Finished Goods & Raw Materials.

Responsibilities
Apply your expertise in testing methods to ensure accurate and reliable results.
Utilize various test methods for in-process, raw materials (RM), and finished goods (FG) quality checks.
Bring added value if you have experience with instruments like GC, GPC, or FT-IR.
Collaborate closely with the production team to enhance the quality of in-process products on-site.
Uphold the principles of 5S methodology to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
Follow and implement ISO systems to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Maintain accurate documentation and data entry using relevant software tools.
Required skills and experience
3 - 8 years of quality control experience in the resin industry.
Hands-on experience with key instruments, including: Gas Chromatography (GC), Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC), FT-IR, Hach Colorimeter and etc.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Comfortable performing hands-on work in the lab.
Adaptable to new roles and responsibilities.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Logical, inquisitive mindset paired with good IT proficiency.
Flexible and open to job rotation as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Chemistry or Polymer Science.
