Assistant Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identifying Potential markets and establishing new business in air cargo
• Organizing sales visits
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Set up meeting with potentials cilents
• Prepare and report on goals, sales and prospects
• Good understanding of cargo marketing and negotiating company
• Sales driven and good customer service skills
• Handling DGR Desk which gives complete expertise consultancy on international
• Air Import and Export shipments
• Focused on Operational and Sales Goals to achieve quarterly target.
• Regular field visits to generate new business, focus on VAS products from Freight forwarders sub agents – Direct parties – IATA’s.
• Co-ordination with local Agents, Overseas, Agent/Local Customers/ related to shipments updates,
• Feedback, Booking, Pre alerts, and operationally.
• Processing Inquiries to Overseas agents/Local Agents & Vendors.
• Filling of Quotation to Customers/Overseas Agents/Locally.
• Strictly ensure statutory compliance for all shipments.
• Strong Knowledge of Operations, Documentation & Customs Clearance.
• Monitoring & responsible for entire operations work.
