Position Overview: The CAI Security, Compliance, and Data Privacy Specialist will be responsible for designing, altering, and approving architectures for SaaS and PaaS solutions for CAI globally. This role involves ensuring that all solutions meet the highest security, compliance, and data privacy standards, aligning with best practices and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments, including IT, legal, and compliance, to ensure that all solutions are secure, compliant, and protect user data privacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, alter, and approve architectures for SaaS and PaaS solutions, ensuring they meet security, compliance, and data privacy standards.
• Conduct security assessments and audits of existing and new architectures.
• Develop and implement security, compliance, and data privacy policies, procedures, and guidelines for CAI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security, compliance, and data privacy requirements are integrated into all stages of the solution lifecycle.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, vulnerabilities, and data privacy breaches, providing expert guidance on mitigation strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security, compliance, and data privacy trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and support to teams on security best practices, compliance, and data privacy requirements.
• Prepare and present reports on security, compliance, and data privacy status to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security, compliance, and data privacy roles, preferably in SaaS and PaaS environments.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and other data privacy regulations.
• Experience with security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
