- Graduate Degree in computer science, information technology, or similar field.
- Certification in security domain like CISSP, CISM etc is a plus..
- Cloud certifications and knowledge in Azure.
- Microsoft certifications on designing infra solutions, administering, and managing server and cloud infra is an advantage..
- Understanding of Agile and similar industry standards..
- Skills/Specific Tasks/Activities Performed.
- Technical Skills:.
- Identity and Access Management (IAM) Expertise:.
- Comprehensive understanding of IAM concepts, protocols, and standards (e.g., SSO, OAuth, SAML, LDAP, OpenID Connect)..
- Experience with IAM tools and platforms such as One identity, SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock.
- Performance Engineering:.
- Experience in performance tuning, optimization, and capacity planning of IAM systems..
- Programming skills in languages such as .NET Java, Python, or similar..
- Scripting skills for automation and performance testing (e.g., Shell, PowerShell, Perl)..
- Database Management:.
- Experience in database systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL)..
- Experience in database performance tuning and query optimization..
- Infrastructure and Cloud Services:.
- Experience in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)..
- Understanding of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)..
- Understanding of load balancers., MS servers, Linux.
- Monitoring and Diagnostics:.
- Proficiency in monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Grafana, elastic, Zabbix )..
- Ability to setting up dashboards in monitoring tools..
- Ability to analyze logs and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement
