The Business Growth Team at Allen Digital drives the expansion and success of the core business segments across all dimensions, from higher enrollments to ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction to drive renewals. The team represents the customers (students and parents) with internal teams and works across teams on go-to-market strategy, course packaging & launch, Sales enablement and identifying new opportunities for growth
The ideal candidate will have a multidisciplinary background, including business strategy, marketing, and analytical skills, experience working on growth mandates in consumer tech, and a passion for opportunities at the intersection of education and technology. We re looking for a big-picture thinker and strong problem solver who can partner cross-functionally and cross-teams to drive results.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of the assigned business segment and develop a deep understanding of its dynamics, challenges, and opportunities.
Develop and execute growth strategies to increase the categorys market share, student enrollment, and revenue. Track & analyze KPIs to measure the success of growth initiatives.
Lead Annual and Monthly Business Planning & Reporting, working closely across sales, marketing and analytics to run the day-to-day business operations
Lead market research, competitive insights, customer segmentation, opportunity assessment, etc., to prioritize growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
Partnering with brand and marketing on go-to-market strategy, value proposition, positioning, messaging, audience strategy, etc.; design and implement effective and spend efficient marketing campaigns, both online and offline
Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, training, and information to effectively promote and sell the category s programs; Partner with them to lead nurturing and call prioritization
Partnering with Academics teams to launch the right offering for each customer segment; owning the packaging and pricing, ensuring growth and profitability
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the student experience from enrollment to course completion, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
Advocate for our customers within the organization. Collaborate with other teams to integrate the customers voice into our processes, offerings, products, and service delivery.
Foster strong relationships & drive cross-functional alignment with product management, marketing, sales, and operations.
Skills & Competencies
5+ years of experience in growth, strategy & operations, or consulting , product marketing,
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with keen attention to detail and a passion for tackling challenging business problems
Experience partnering with sales, marketing and product to represent market and consumer needs
Strong communicator with experience collaborating and influencing partners, managing key stakeholders across a cross-functional team in an evolving and fast-paced environment
Ability to look at the big picture, identify opportunities, prioritize and be able to drive a charter, representing the business end-to-end
