Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Toon Boom Harmony, or similar tools.
Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, spacing, and movement.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency in visual style.
Creativity and the ability to generate innovative ideas for visual storytelling.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from project leads.
A portfolio demonstrating previous animation work and proficiency in animation software.
Bachelors degree in Animation, Multimedia Design, or a related field, preferred but not essential.
