Sr. Engineer - Research & Training

Job description

India STEM Lab, under AICRA, is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Engineer Trainer to deliver engaging robotics training programs at schools. The ideal candidate will inspire students and educators to explore the exciting world of robotics, enhancing their understanding of STEM concepts through hands-on projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver comprehensive training sessions on robotics concepts, programming, and hands-on project development to students and teachers.
• Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the STEM Lab team to develop and refine training materials and project guides that align with educational standards.
• Project Supervision: Oversee student projects, providing guidance and support to ensure successful completion and learning outcomes.
• Workshops and Demonstrations: Organize and lead workshops, demonstrations, and interactive sessions to showcase robotics applications and inspire creativity.
• Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback, adapting training methods to meet diverse learning needs.
• Support Educators: Train and support school teachers in integrating robotics and STEM activities into their curricula.
• Promote STEM Education: Advocate for the importance of STEM education and its impact on student engagement and future opportunities.

Qualifications:

• B. Tech. in EC or Mechatronics., Robotics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 Yrs of Prior experience in teaching or training, particularly in robotics or STEM education.
• Proficiency in programming languages relevant to robotics (e.g., Python, C++) and familiarity with robotic kits and platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
