We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Testing Engineer with a strong background in testing methodologies, automation tools, and performance monitoring. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performance testing, functional testing, and configuration of CI/CD pipelines, along with expertise in Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute performance testing strategies to ensure the reliability, scalability, and responsiveness of applications.

Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins for seamless integration and deployment.

Perform manual and functional testing to identify and resolve application defects.

Automate test cases using tools such as Java and Selenium to enhance efficiency.

Utilize performance testing tools like JMeter for load and stress testing.

Monitor application performance using tools like AppDynamics and Dynatrace, providing actionable insights to improve system efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications:

Hands-on experience in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).

Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline configuration and tools like Jenkins.

Solid understanding of manual and functional testing practices.

Knowledge of automation testing tools such as Java and Selenium.

Expertise in performance monitoring tools like AppDynamics and Dynatrace.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
