Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in QA and Test Automation to lead projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. The ideal candidate will be a certified Scrum Master (CSP/CSM) with solid knowledge of the banking domain, as managing projects within this domain is essential. You will manage client relationships, track key project metrics, and collaborate with teams to align solutions with customer goals. Strong knowledge of QA practices, test automation frameworks, and effective resource management is essential. Experience in risk-based testing and test optimization is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and oversee QA and test automation projects, ensuring timeliness and quality.

Serve as the point of contact for customers, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and communication.

Work with teams to implement processes and deliver optimized solutions aligned with customer expectations.

Track and report project metrics, including profitability, quality, and risks.

Collaborate with technical leads to align deliverables with customer goals and ensure bug-free implementation.

Use knowledge of QA practices and test automation frameworks to provide guidance to the team.

Serve as a Scrum Master, leading agile ceremonies and ensuring smooth project execution.

Leverage knowledge of the banking domain to ensure the project meets the specific needs and regulations of the industry. Required Skills and

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing QA and test automation projects, with a strong focus on technical project management.

Strong knowledge of the banking domain.

Must be a certified Scrum Master (CSP/CSM).

Familiarity with functional and non-functional testing practices and tools.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Process-oriented mindset with the ability to manage resources effectively.

Experience in risk-based testing and test optimization is a plus.
