Performance Dimensions and Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with Service channel partners to understand their needs and provide standard and tailored solutions. Focus on development along with reward and incentive strategy.
2. Channel Sales Growth: Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales of aftersales products and services, including spare parts and services.
3. Market Analysis: Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends where channel partner plays.
4. Team Management: Leading and motivating a team of professionals to achieve deliverables related to execution of strategy.
5. Collaboration: Working closely with other departments, such as marketing, IT, and customer service etc to ensure a seamless execution.
6. Reporting: Preparing regular reports on channel sales performance, stakeholders feedback, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
7. The role requires strong leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and a deep understanding of the aftersales business through channels.
