Executive - Investigation - Quality Assurance

Role & responsibilities

• Shop floor experience is required in the Tablets and Capsules section, with knowledge of equipment and pharmaceutical technology for solid oral dosage forms.

• Lead and coordinate the investigation of deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints to identify root causes.
• Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and closure of investigations in compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

• Apply advanced problem-solving tools and techniques (e.g., Fishbone Diagram, 5 Whys, Fault Tree Analysis) to identify the underlying causes of quality issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).

• Design, implement, and track the effectiveness of CAPAs to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
• Ensure all CAPA plans meet compliance standards and are completed within defined timelines.
