Senior Investment Analyst & Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Preparation and Review of reports, models and memos related to investment research and reporting.
• Be able to communicate at a professional level with clear writing to support and defend a position backed by evidence and data in a timely manner.
• Provide timely performance reports on retirement plans and high net worth clients
• Effectively organize and update investment data and materials
• Create quarterly and annual Fiduciary reports.
• Maintain models in Morningstar.
• Create financial models and reports using Microsoft Excel, Word, ChatGPT and other tools as needed.
• Help in the fund change process for CRP clients.
• Support oversight of investment manager performance
• Keep track of how the firm is invested.
• Support analytical requests from advisors, including prospect analysis
• Manage performance, composite and benchmark information
• Keep the fund data and economic data updated through the month end.
• Complete trustee and consulting reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Create Portfolio Aggregation Report for High Net Worth clients.
• Due diligence of approved funds.
• Recommend termination of non-performing funds and identify new mutual funds to be included in the approved funds list.

Preferred candidate profile

• An understanding of financial markets and investment products, including individual securities, mutual funds, ETFs, Index fund, alternative investments, sustainable investing and separate accounts.
• Portfolio management theory.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Good reasoning and analytical skills.
• Strong written and oral communications skills in English.
• Ability to problem solve and work with minimal supervision
