NEET/JEE Mains - Faculty Member (Junior)

Job Details:

2) Faculty - Chemistry

3) Faculty - Biology (Zoology Major)

Job Description:

1. Deliver classes for NEET & JEE Mains aspirants in accordance with the syllabus prescribed by National Medical Commission (NMC) & NTA. Emphasis will be on imparting conceptual understanding.

2. Conduct Daily, Weekly, Monthly Tests and host doubt clarification sessions.

3. Prepare Students Performance Reports (SPR) and provide feedback on areas of improvement.

4. Conduct Quiz Competitions to assess subject understanding and enhance competitive spirit in the class.

5. Create Mind Maps, Flash Cards and other visual learning aids.

Selection Process:

1. Written Test (50 MCQs based on NCERT XI & XII syllabus) with a duration of 1 hour for the respective subjects.

2. Demonstration Class (30 mins).

3. HR Discussion

Work Schedule:

Work Days: 6 Days/ Week (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)

Week Off: 1 Day / Week

Casual Leave: 1 Day / Month

Compensation Details:

Successful candidates will be offered an initial monthly salary of Rs.21,000 during the probation period of 3 months (March'25-May'25).

Post the successful completion of probation and performance appraisal discussion, the candidates will be paid an annual CTC of Rs.3 LPA from June'25 The monthly take home salary will be Rs.25,000 (No Deductions).

Note: Prefer candidates who are willing to relocate to Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu and stay committed to the role for at-least 2 years.
