Job Description
- Subject Instruction Teach Hindi and Mathematics to primary and middle school students using engaging and interactive teaching methods.
- Lesson Planning Develop structured lesson plans aligned with the curriculum, ensuring clarity and step-by-step learning for both subjects.
- Classroom Management Maintain discipline, encourage student participation, and create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Student Assessment & Evaluation – Conduct tests, quizzes, and assignments to assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Activity-Based Learning – Implement storytelling, poetry recitation, problem-solving exercises, and hands-on activities for better comprehension.
- Use of Technology – Integrate digital tools, interactive apps, and multimedia resources to enhance student engagement.
- Student Mentorship – Guide students in understanding core concepts, problem-solving techniques, and language skills.
- Collaboration with Faculty – Work with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary learning methods and improve teaching strategies.
- Parent-Teacher Communication – Regularly interact with parents to update them on student progress and provide academic support strategies.
- Continuous Professional Development – Participate in teacher training programs, workshops, and educational seminars to enhance teaching skills.
