Tech Support Engineer (1-3 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Support the Securing IT sustenance activity in the shop floor Environment.

- Update the OT Assets in the Application register.

- Get it verified by the supervisor.

- Work on a mitigation plan for the identified Critical risk inform the same to the stakeholder and follow up for closure.

- Update the access matrix data for all the OT applications in the access management register.

- Should be involved in patching or firmware updates as guided by the supervisor.

- Execute the mitigation plan for the identified Vulnerability in the change management inform the same to the stakeholder and follow up for closure.

- Get the vulnerable data of the OT assets and IT team and ensure they are properly patched for vulnerability and follow up for closure.

- Document all the Pulse audit readiness and get it verified.

- Execute Critical Equipment cloning backup and support for Restoration testing.

- Address and resolve issues related to cloning processes promptly.

- Asset tracking, Verify the newly identified assets in Ondeso and Otorio and Update OT Assets in the Asset inventory register.

- Asset segregation for the report received from Otorio, Ondeso, and match with the existing inventory and identify the unknown assets.

- Manual Asset data updating in Ondeso and Otorio.

- Participate in the identification and assessment of security patches.

- Apply patches to systems and software in a timely manner to address vulnerabilities.

- Install and configure security software as per established protocols as instructed by the supervisor.

- Actively monitor security alerts and incidents.

- Document incidents and report findings to higher-level security personnel.

- Vulnerability detection and management.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of security procedures.

- Document incidents and resolutions Summary.

- Contribute to the development and improvement of security documentation and reports which is required as per the SITS.

Requirements :

- Some basic Knowledge of Networking and Cyber security.

- Basic Knowledge of identifying Vulnerability and mitigation.

- Knowledge of Risk analysis on OT assets.

- Good in PowerPoint presentation.
