Key Responsibilities 1.
- Sales Enablement - Develop Sales Tools: Create and maintain sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, battle cards, product demos, and case studies to support the sales team.
- Training and Support: Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to equip the sales team with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively sell our SaaS products.
- Alignment with Sales: Work closely with sales leadership to understand their needs and ensure marketing initiatives support their objectives.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Target Account Identification: Collaborate with the sales team to identify key target accounts in various international markets.
- Personalized Campaigns: Design and execute personalized ABM campaigns tailored to the specific needs and challenges of target accounts.
- Coordination: Coordinate with sales and other marketing functions to ensure a cohesive and unified approach to ABM efforts.
- Demand Generation Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive leads and revenue.
- Lead Nurturing: Develop and manage lead nurturing programs to engage prospects throughout the buyer's journey.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and implement improvements.
- Positioning and Messaging Value Proposition: Define and articulate the unique value propositions of our products for different market segments and buyer personas.
- Consistent Messaging: Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to refine product positioning and highlight differentiators 5.
- Market Targeting (International Markets) Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand the unique needs, trends, and competitive landscapes in various international markets.
- Localization: Adapt marketing strategies and materials to resonate with regional audiences, considering cultural and regulatory differences.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement market-specific strategies to penetrate and expand in targeted international regions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Product Development: Collaborate with product management to provide market feedback and influence product roadmaps based on market demands.
- Marketing Teams: Work with digital marketing, content marketing, and other marketing functions to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
- External Partners: Partner with external agencies and vendors to enhance marketing initiatives and expand reach.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting Metrics Tracking: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales enablement, ABM, demand generation, and overall marketing effectiveness.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making, optimize strategies, and demonstrate ROI.
- Regular Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on marketing performance, campaign outcomes, and strategic recommendations.
- Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years of product marketing experience, specifically within the SaaS enterprise sector.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing SaaS products in international markets.
- Skills: Hands-On Marketing Expertise: Ability to execute marketing campaigns from conception to completion with minimal supervision.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong capability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Sales Enablement: Experience in creating sales tools and conducting sales training sessions.
- ABM Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in designing and executing account-based marketing campaigns.
