Executive/Senior Executive- HR ( Stautory Compliance)

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Knowledgeable and proactive HR Statute Executive/Senior Executive to oversee payroll compliance & statutory compliance related to EPF, ESIC, P.Tax etc.

Role & responsibilities :

• New Employee UAN & ESIC generation.
• EPF & ESIC Portal Knowledge.
• Submission of EPF & ESIC Challan & Form on portal,
• Visit to EPFO Office as per requirement.
• Verification of statutory compliance of Contractors.
• Updating and issuing ESIC Cards to the employees and preparing Accident report of Employees.
• Need to handle the PF advance, PF Settlement, Transfer process and Death claim .
• Working knowledge of statutory compliance regarding P. Tax, LWF and others.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Bachelors /Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Familiarity with Compliance & Statute Related Portals.
• Strong knowledge in MS Office i.e. Ms-Excel, Ms-PowerPoint & Ms-Word.
