Bim Electrical Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled BIM Electrical Engineer/Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, coordinating, and managing electrical systems models using Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools. The role requires strong knowledge of electrical design and familiarity with BIM modeling techniques and software. The position will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the efficient integration of electrical systems within the overall project model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Detailed modelling for HVAC, Electrical, PHE & Fire Protection Services from LOD 200 to LOD 500

• Creating & editing the MEP Revit Families with Parameters.

• Detailed modelling for HVAC, Electrical, PHE, Fire Protection, Services with Sections, 3D views,

enlarged views, Annotation, and Detailing Quantity schedules, templates, Title sheet setting etc.

• Should possess experience working in various BIM Discipline

• Clash coordination in Navisworks : Performing Clash Analysis within services, for all other

services & solving the clashes if any.

• Conversion of Revit models to other formats such as CAD, DWF & PDF.

• Generating Sections, Schedules, Schematics in models.

• Hands-on experience on creating Fabrication Drawings, Shop Drawings, GFC Drawing etc.

• Understanding in Contract Drawings Inputs and BIM 360 will be an added advantage.

• Ensuring established deadlines are met with accuracy.

• Facilitate problem solving with fellow team members and client facing team
