Role Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Admin Engineer to join our dynamic global team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and enhancing the Indian IT infrastructure ensuring seamless operations across our global offices.
The ideal candidate is passionate about technology and has a strong technical foundation and understanding of security concepts.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Infrastructure Management :
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and networks.
- Administrate credentials per needs and job descriptions.
2. Security and Firewalls :
- Configure and maintain FortiGate firewall, ensuring robust network security and performance.
- Monitor security protocols and follow our SIEM alerts to protect from potential threats.
- Manage and create GPOs to ensure compliance and streamline IT processes.
Email Systems :
- Manage and troubleshoot mail relay system to ensure secure and reliable email communications and resolve email-related issues promptly.
Team Collaboration :
- Work closely with the global IT team to align strategies and share best practices.
- Participate in cross-regional projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
Support and Maintenance :
- Provide high-level IT support to internal teams, addressing escalated technical issues.
- Monitor system performance, conduct regular maintenance, and recommend improvements.
Documentation and Reporting :
- Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and IT policies.
- Generate reports on system health, performance, and compliance.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience : 3+ years in IT management or a similar role.
Technical Skills :
- Proficient in Group Policy Management and LAPS.
- Hands-on experience with FortiGate firewall.
- Familiarity with mail relay systems and email protocols.
- Strong understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
Soft Skills :
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global, multicultural environment
