- You'll lead our entire marketing function-owning brand strategy, growth marketing, demand generation, content, and community.
This is a high-growth, high-accountability position where you will:
- Build an iconic brand - Make Airtribe the default name for ambitious professionals who want to level up.
- Crack a scalable growth engine - Go beyond performance marketing to find a repeatable, high-ROI playbook.
- Supercharge demand gen - Own and optimize the entire funnel, from TOFU to conversion, reducing CAC while scaling reach.
- Master community-led growth - Tap into our strongest asset: the Airtribe community. Make it a referral and acquisition machine.
- Expand beyond India - Airtribe has proven product-market fit in India. Your challenge? Take it global.
What You'll Own:
- Brand & Positioning: Craft a category-defining narrative that differentiates Airtribe from generic edtech.
- Growth & Performance Marketing: Drive CAC-efficient growth through organic and paid channels, optimizing for conversions.
- Content & Thought Leadership: Scale content across blogs, social, video, and podcasts to establish Airtribe as the industry leader.
- Community & Partnerships: Turn our engaged learner base into our biggest growth lever.
Product-Led Growth (PLG): Experiment with virality-driven growth loops, SEO-driven free tools, and AI-powered learning nudges.
Who You Are:
- You don't just set the vision; you execute at scale. You've built and scaled high-growth brands before.
- You deeply understand growth levers beyond paid ads, and you know how to scale without burning cash.
- You know how to craft a compelling narrative and make a brand stand out.
- You thrive in a fast-moving, high-iteration environment.
- You don't just delegate-you get in the trenches and make things happen.
Your Experience:
- 5+ years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in edtech or consumer brands.
- Proven track record of scaling a high-growth company and delivering ambitious revenue goals.
- Expertise across brand, content, performance marketing, community, and PLG.
- Strong understanding of India's professional upskilling market (global exposure is a plus).
- Experience working directly with founders, leading lean but high-output teams.
