NPCI Product Operations

Responsibilites

• Products to be managed end to end including transaction reconciliation, dispute management, transaction processing, GL reconciliation
• IMPS inward and outward
• UPI inward and outward
• AEPS inward and outward
• NETC (fasttag) Issuer side
• BBPS – BOU and COU
• Should able to manage the internal/statutory/concurrent audits for all the above projects effectively.
• SOP management for existing as well as new products going live.
• UAT signoff and monitoring of all new NPCI products and reconciliation implementation.
• Measure the team performance and keep improving the manual error rates and TATs.
• Manage the recon tool provider effectively.
• Monitoring all recon open items and ensure timely closure to avoid penalties and regulatory breaches.

Demonstrate

• Ability to lead and drive large operations team
• Ability to manage a team which works all 7 days with appropriate rostering
• Strong knowledge of bank’s transaction processing done at the back office for all types and modes.
• Excellent communications and team management skills
• Ability to create and implement crisp processes with no errors and best TATs.
• Ability to work in a startup based and dynamic work environment
• Good knowledge of MS office (excel, power point) and banking software.
