Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies using insights from Gallup Q12 and Great Place to Work (GPTW) surveys to identify key drivers of engagement and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to design interventions and initiatives that address the key factors affecting employee engagement.
- Champion work-life balance initiatives, internal communication strategies, and team-building activities to improve engagement.
- Leverage GPTW rankings and Gallup data to benchmark engagement efforts against industry standards and best practices.
Learning and Development:
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training programs that enhance employee capabilities and performance.
- Develop and execute the learning and development strategy that supports the organization's goals and addresses the needs of employees at all levels.
- Manage the creation, delivery, and evaluation of training materials and programs, including e-learning, workshops, and seminars.
- Oversee the learning management system (LMS) and ensure it is utilized effectively for training delivery tracking.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs, using data to continuously improve learning initiatives.
- Interact & manager vendor partners (from exploratory to sign off and implementation perspective)
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in learning and development to incorporate innovative training solutions.
