Key Responsibilities:
Facility Administration:
- Assist in the day-to-day management of building operations, ensuring the facilities are maintained in optimal condition.
- Coordinate facility maintenance schedules, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Track and maintain records of repairs, service contracts, and vendor agreements.
Soft Services Coordination:
- Oversee soft services such as cleaning, Cafeteria, landscaping, and waste management.
- Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with contractual agreements and meet the required standards.
- Act as a liaison between vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues related to soft services.
Vendor Management:
- Support the procurement and management of service providers and contractors, ensuring timely delivery of services and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality service and cost-effectiveness.
