Parts Coordinator

Role & responsibilities :

• Updating maintenance records
• maintain accurate inventory levels
• Keep needed spare parts documentation available and updated
• Monitor back order report daily
• Supervise the Parts Runner position
• Provide customers with prompt, friendly, customer service
• Po making , GRN , Invoice

Preferred candidate profile :

• A minimum of 2 years administrative experience is required
• Proficient with MS Office tools, including Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to working independently without close supervisor
• Highly organized and able to work in a team environment
