Assistant Manager - Finance and Accounts (CA Fresher)

The Role:

• Ensuring timely closure of daily accounting in line with the SOPs.
• Ensuring accuracy and completeness of accounting records
• Monitoring and managing receivables, including timely invoicing and collections.
• Reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
• Preparing and processing payments to vendors, ensuring timely and accurate payment disbursements.
• Conducting inventory reconciliations to ensure accurate recording and reporting of inventory levels.
• Staying updated on the relevant changes in tax laws and regulations
• Supporting internal and external audit processes and assisting in preparing audit schedules and documentation.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date general ledger entries and reconciling and analyzing ledger accounts.
• Identifying & implementing opportunities for process improvement within accounts and finance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless financial operations.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications we look for:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 0-1 years of experience, freshers with articleship experience are preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Self-motivated person, with keen attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other accounting software.
