Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer Trainee to join our team as an ERPNext Developer.
This role will involve working with internal stakeholders to help build and maintain an in-house ERP system using the ERPNext and Frappe frameworks.
As part of a dynamic team, you will assist with requirements gathering, coding, testing, and deployment while gaining hands-on experience in ERP solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Requirement Gathering :
- Work with multiple departments to capture specific ERP requirements for internal projects.
ERP Development :
- Support the design and implementation of a scalable ERP solution on ERPNext, customized for varied business needs.
Development Cycle :
- Participate in the full development lifecycle, including coding, testing, and deployment.
Documentation & User Training: Assist in documenting processes and provide training to end-users.
Quality Assurance: Work with senior developers to implement quality assurance standards to ensure reliability across business functions.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, IT, or related fields).
Must have 70% in all academics.
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Python, C, C++, Javascript, SQL, Frappe, and ERPNext.
Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills with an aptitude for system design and analysis.
Communication: Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Drive and Initiative: A proactive approach to learning and adapting in a dynamic environment.
