Job Description

As an Operations Assistant at STEMpedia, you ll be a crucial team member in our project machinery, supporting the day-to-day operations of our team and ensuring our educational projects in different locations run smoothly. You ll be responsible for various tasks, from administrative duties to data management and project support, all while contributing to our mission of fostering innovation and critical thinking in children.

Roles and Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, manage calendars, book travel, prepare presentations, and handle general project related tasks.
Data Management: Process and track data, generate reports, prepare data for analysis, and maintain operational documentation.
Project Support: Assist with project management tasks, including creating and tracking project plans, managing deadlines, and coordinating resources.
Technical Support: Assist the Education Program Manager and Technical Support team by troubleshooting basic technical issues and providing user guidance.
Internal Communication: Communicate effectively with internal teams, ensuring clear and timely information flow.
Resource Management: Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, order and track resources, and ensure efficient resource utilization.
Other Duties: As assigned, contributing to the team s overall efficiency and smooth operation.

Requirements & Skills Required

Bachelor s or Master s in any field from a recognized university.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or operational support role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).(Mandatory)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and with a strong attention to accuracy.
Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting (preferred).
