Job Description: HFT Infrastructure Developer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated High-Frequency Trading (HFT) Infrastructure Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize the technology stack that powers our high-frequency trading systems. You will work closely with quantitative researchers, traders, and other developers to ensure the infrastructure meets the demanding requirements of ultra-low-latency and high-performance trading environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Infrastructure Development:
   
• Design, implement, and maintain high-performance trading infrastructure, including networking, hardware, and software components.
• Develop and optimize low-latency trading systems and market connectivity solutions.
2. Performance Optimization:
   
• Analyze system performance and identify bottlenecks in latency, throughput, and reliability.
• Optimize code, hardware configurations, and network protocols to achieve ultra-low-latency performance.
3. System Integration:
   
• Integrate trading systems with market data feeds, order management systems, and exchange APIs.
• Ensure seamless communication between components of the trading infrastructure.
4. Monitoring and Maintenance:
   
• Develop tools for real-time monitoring and diagnostics of system performance and health.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly and effectively.
5. Collaboration:
   
• Work closely with quantitative researchers and traders to implement and test trading strategies.
• Collaborate with other developers to ensure infrastructure aligns with business and technical requirements.
6. Innovation and Research:
   
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in hardware, networking, and software technologies.
• Explore and implement innovative solutions to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications:

1. Technical Skills:
   
• Proficiency in low-level programming languages (e.g., C, C++, Rust).
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems, including kernel tuning and performance profiling.
• Experience with network programming, including TCP/IP, UDP, and multicast.
• Familiarity with FPGA, GPU, or other hardware acceleration technologies is a plus.
2. Performance and Optimization:
   
• Demonstrated expertise in building low-latency, high-throughput systems.
• Deep understanding of system architecture, including CPU cache, memory management, and I/O optimization.
3. Tools and Frameworks:
   
• Experience with build systems, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation.
4. Soft Skills:
