- Responsibilities:
Solve problems creatively using the design thinking process and leverage the latest technology & AI first approach to create future proof solutions.
Collaborate closely with product owners/managers (POs & PMs) to find opportunities for new products/features and validate assumptions through research studies.
Work with developers, content writing and quality engineers to deliver final visual and behavioral specifications using the existing design system (SLDS+).
Reinforce a design-thinking culture that leverages the best product, technology and innovative talent. - Skills Required:
Understanding of user-centered design methods and best practices - and you re always looking to improve on your process.
Advanced Figma Skills (auto layout/variants/variables etc) .
Knowledge on working with design systems
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile environment.
Self-motivated, a good communicator, and able to balance problem solving within tight timelines.
Understanding of analytics, user research and other approaches to help make decisions and iterate on the product .
Constant drive to stay up-to-date with the latest industry news and developments.
Knowledge on impact of AI and its utilization to help users
BA/BS or MA/MS in design related field, or equivalent experience
