• Tax Compliance:
• Ensure timely filing of income tax returns for individuals and entities (corporate, partnerships, etc.).
• Review and analyze financial statements to determine the tax liability.
• Assist in the preparation of tax provisions and ensure tax returns comply with local tax laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors for tax-related audits.
• Tax Planning and Strategy:
• Identify opportunities for tax planning to minimize liabilities.
• Provide input to senior management on tax implications for business strategies and transactions.
• Advise on tax issues related to mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.
• Tax Assessments and Audits:
• Liaise with tax authorities on tax assessments, appeals, and any tax-related audits or inquiries.
• Ensure proper documentation and support for audit proceedings.
• Handle disputes and resolve tax issues in coordination with legal advisors.

Indirect Taxes (GST, VAT, Service Tax, etc.):

• GST & Other Indirect Taxes Compliance:
• Ensure proper filing of GST returns and other indirect taxes (e.g., VAT, excise).
• Conduct reviews of tax transactions to ensure compliance with indirect tax regulations.
• Prepare and submit periodic tax returns and reports in accordance with applicable laws.
• Tax Audits and Reviews:
• Assist in GST audits and internal reviews.
• Ensure accurate calculation of indirect taxes on goods/services.
• Advisory and Support:
• Advise internal departments on indirect tax matters, including tax implications of various business operations, contracts, and new initiatives.
• Work with the legal team to address any changes in indirect tax laws or new legislation.

Required Candidate profile

• Educational Qualification CA, CA-Inter, MBA, Mcom

• Relevant experience required.
• Candidate are having experience in CA Firm are preferred.
• Should have good oral and written communication skills.
• Male and Female both candidates preferred and PCMC candidates are preferred
