Urgent Opening For Sr. WordPress Developer

Position Overview:

• We are looking for a WordPress (70%) and PHP (30%) Developer who is dedicated to the craft, writes code that they are proud of and can hit the ground running.

• Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.

• You will also be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. We are expecting you to have a strong understanding of latest industry trends and content management systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
• Strong knowledge of PHP MVC frameworks & object oriented PHP programming
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, jQuery and CSS3
• Understanding accessibility and security compliance (Depending on the specific project)
• Good knowledge of MySQL
• Knowledge of how to create and interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
• Candidate must be with 2-5 years' experience in developing WordPress websites
• Core knowledge of WordPress is MUST- We are looking for WordPress developer with core knowledge in theme and plugins customization.
• Knowledge of PSD to WordPress conversion which must be responsive.
• Knowledge of WordPress Security Implementations and speed optimizations.
• Good knowledge of Payment Gateways Integrations.
• Strong grasp of spoken and written English
