Job Description
- Should be able to handle the calls & customers.
- Keep records of customer interactions and Compile reports on overall video survey
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to resolve their queries.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Should have positive attitude and confidence
- Should have hands on experience in sales.
- Ability to work under pressure and promote a team environment
- Flexible for Sunday or rotational.
Skills Required:
- Candidate should have a pleasing personality
- Both male & females candidates are eligible for this profile
- Must be outspoken and career-oriented
- Must have hands-on experience in MS Excel, MSOffice
- Both experience and fresher candidates can apply.
- Candidates should be fluent in written & spoken English.
- Minimum Typing Speed should be 30-35 words per minute (without grammatical errors).
- Candidate must be Graduate from English medium.
