Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to lead and manage the quality assurance activities within our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products or services meet consistent quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. You will oversee the development and implementation of quality control processes, conduct audits, manage teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management systems, experience in process optimization, and a deep understanding of industry standards and regulations. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of quality, ensuring that every aspect of our production or service delivery process meets or exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Management System (QMS):

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer expectations.
• Ensure that all processes, procedures, and documentation are aligned with ISO standards, FDA regulations, or other relevant regulatory bodies.
