Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product Managers and the Machine Learning team to define and align engineering vision and roadmap
• Mentor and coach a team of talented engineers fostering a culture of openness, collaboration and personal growth
• Own the engineering architecture of the product, providing technical leadership to the team
• Execute on the proposed timeline with speed, delivering a high-quality product, clearly communicating milestones as well as risk

You Must Have:

• You have a total of 7+ years
• You have 3+ years of serving in an engineering management or technical leadership role
• You have 4+ year s experience building well-designed software with Python
• You have a BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
• You have excellent project management and communication skills
• You are an empathetic, self-aware leader who is invested in the growth of the team members
