Lab Technician

Follow the laboratorys procedures for specimen handling and processing, test analyses, reportingand maintaining records of patient test result

Analyze specimens using approved testing procedures as per SOPs, review and release test results.

Adhere to the laboratorys quality control policies, instrumentand procedural calibrations and follow safety guidelines as per established organisation protocols.

Make sure reagents/test kits have received dates, expiration dates, and opened dates maintained in requisite temperatures and conditions

Identify problems that may adversely affect test performance or reporting of test results and immediately notify the COL or Lab Administrators.
